Independent Living is designed for Adults 55+ who want to live in a safe environment and socialize with other seniors.  This is a perfect option if you are looking to downsize and reduce home/yard maintenance tasks.

Rent includes daily safety/check-in service by our team, weekly grocery store transportation and access to property amenities. No need to set up utility accounts as we coordinate water, electric, cable and internet services added to your monthly bill.

Our maintenance team will handle lawncare, HVAC filter changes monthly, and trash pick up twice weekly directly from your front door!

OPTIONAL SERVICES: (Enroll and pay for only what you need) Residents can select optional services such as laundry, housekeeping, meals, medication assistance, and shower support.

MEAL PLANS:  Come try a meal!  Dine in or delivery option meal plans are available for breakfast, lunch, or supper.
