With over 200 years combined experience in healthcare, real estate, construction, business operations, philanthropy & community support, a collaborative vision was formed to create a safe, relaxed, and fun place for seniors to begin their next journey. Our vision is clear, this is not a dreary, institutional place, but instead a vibrant community that gives you a reason to get up and going every day. We want to celebrate you, your life, and where you’ve been while creating new memories together as you join this wonderful community. The Landing Senior Living is locally owned and operated, giving our management team and investors the opportunity to be involved with every aspect of this wonderful community.

Jennifer Flowers

TSM-Chief Executive Officer

Jennifer has vast experience in business management with a background in ambulatory healthcare administration, human resources, construction, accounting and finance.  Jennifer graduated in 1999 with a Bachelors in Business Management.  She has been a  licensed life & health insurance agent for over 20 years.  She is passionate about seniors and loves watching the entire team create safe, fun, enjoyable opportunities for each resident.  She is from South Georgia and now resides in Athens.  Jennifer loves her dogs, working out, working in the yard, deer hunting, and taking family vacations.

Megan Sasso

TSM-Regional Director of Operations

Megan leads with her warm heart and deeply cares for others. Her background in Activities, Customer Service, and Public Health reinforce her desire to meet the individualized care needs of every life she touches. She is intrigued by, and skilled at recognizing, the unique qualities of individuals, and enjoys making senior living a fun and fulfilling place to be for each resident. A native of the Florida Panhandle, she now resides in Athens with her wonderful husband and two adorable dogs. She loves spending time with her family, fishing, cooking, and being outside.




Christin Smith

TSM-Regional Director of Marketing

With a passion for navigating families through senior living options, Christin has worked in the senior living industry in and around Oconee County for over seven years. Christin has experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care placement options. Christin graduated from Georgia College and State University in 2012 with a Bachelors in Kinesiology: Community Health and Human Services. Christin’s education, experience, and servant heart allows her to serve as an informational senior care resource and provide social support and direction to seniors/families in need. Christin lives in Madison County with her husband, daughter, and two dogs. Christin enjoys  cooking, and traveling with her family. 

Suprena Bailey

TSM-Human Resources Manager

Suprena has a passion for people and love to serve others. She has a background in health care management and human resources. Her background in healthcare gave her the opportunity to help people from all walks of life. She graduated from Brenau university with a Bachelor’s in psychology and a Master’s in Gerontology. She enjoys meeting new people. She is passionate about ensuring our team and residents have a positive and safe environment.  Suprena enjoys spending time with her family, her husband, two daughters and granddaughter.


Tierra Pittard

TSM-Human Resources Manager

Tierra Pittard is a native of Oconee County.  Tierra’s passion and drive to help others succeed makes her a natural fit as a Human Resources Specialist. She has years of experience working in customer service, management, and healthcare. Tierra’s dedication to help improve the lives of others is a critical component that aligns with the mission and values of The Landing Senior Living.  Tierra loves to meet people and strives to make them smile. Tierra enjoys spending her spare time with her two beautiful girls, her family, her special friends that are practically family, crafting, and attending church. 



Lisa Foster, LPN

Executive Director/LPN-Bogart

Lisa Foster was born and raised in Athens, GA and has been a nurse for over 20 years. She has over 18 years of geriatric nursing experience where she completed extensive dementia education and training. Lisa prides herself on being a great listener as well as team player. Lisa has a servant heart for resident care and is passionate about the opportunity to care for and learn from residents in the later years of their life. She has a wonderful husband of 28 years along with two beautiful daughters and four grandchildren. She enjoys spending free time with her family and traveling to see new things/places with her husband. 


Jennifer Watson, LPN

Executive Director/LPN-Winder

Jennifer Watson has been a nurse for over 20 years and has over 11 years of experience in working with seniors and their families through case management and most recently as the regional branch manager of a home health care company. Her true passion is assisting the elderly and disabled in having the ability to “age in place” so that they can remain safely in their preferred environment as long as possible. Jennifer prides herself in having compassion and a servant heart for those in her care as well as for their families.  Jennifer lives in Winder with her husband of almost 28 years. She has three wonderful children, two boys and a girl, and two awesome grandchildren!  She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, and traveling with family.


Robbie Lewis, CMA

Wellness Coordinator-Bogart

Robbie Lewis serves as the Wellness Coordinator at The Landing of Bogart after having worked at a sister community.  Robbie has always shared the Landing’s vision, purpose and mission of compassionately taking care of residents within the community. Robbie has 30 years of experience in the medical field and states that caring for the elderly has been her most rewarding occupation. Robbie obtained her Certified Dementia Practitioner certification from Kennesaw State University in May 2018.  Robbie is a Certified Nursing Assistant and obtained her Certified Medication Aide license in 2015. Robbie is a mother to three, beautiful children and is a proud grandmother to a grandson. 


Maria Gomez, CMA

Wellness Coordinator-Winder

Maria Gomez decided to become a CNA in 2017 due to the need to care for her grandmother. Her grandmother was diagnosed with dementia and the family wanted to provide the best possible care and learn all they could about her condition. Maria feels that working assisted living is a wonderful way to honor her grandmother.  In 2018 she obtained her (CMA) certified medication aide license and (MA) medical assistance certification. Maria loves working with families to support them and help care for their loved ones.  She a single mom of an 11-year-old boy and enjoys camping, hiking, and visiting waterfalls. She especially enjoys fishing and cooking what her son catches. 


Amanda Cartrette

Director of Life Enrichment, Bogart

Amanda Cartrette is a life-long resident of Oconee County. She found a passion collaborating with people and elderly patients during her early career in the medical field. After working 10 years for the University of North Georgia, Amanda rejoined healthcare in 2022 supporting residents in assisted living as an Activity Director. Amanda has fallen in love with her new role and states “putting a smile on a resident’s face makes my job worth doing.” She loves getting to know each resident individually and feels they have become part of her extended family. Amanda has two children, a son, and a daughter. She is a competitive cornhole player and enjoys spending time with her family and new dog Thor.


Stefani Mitchell

Director of Life Enrichment, Winder

Stefani Mitchell has worked as an Activity Director for several years. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Recreation and Leisure services for SUNY Cortland in New York. She started working part-time in Assisted Living while attending college and found her true calling. Stefanie loves the outdoors and enjoys visits to the Western United States where she spent two years working in outdoor education in Montana and The Adirondacks.

Stefani took some time off to raise her son, worked part-time as an activity assistant and recently relocated to Georgia. Stefani has joined The Landing of Winder full-time since her son began school. She is a resident of Auburn, GA and recently adopted a dog named Leo.


Vickie Baxter

Resident Experience Cord./BOM-Winder

Vickie Baxter is a native of Ohio and moved to Georgia in 1986. Vickie has over 30 years of experience in customer service and public service. She has worked as a legal secretary, real estate agent and a law enforcement officer. Vickie joined The Landing of Winder in 2022 and loves working with the residents and their family members. She enjoys making sure their home at The Landing is warm and inviting and wants to ensure their experience is pleasant. Vickie enjoys crafting, baking, being outdoors and spending time with her five grandchildren.



Autumn Foster, CMA

Property Manger, Independent Living

Autumn is a graduate of Columbus State University with a BFA in Theatre and BSEd in English education. She has worked in senior living for four years with extensive training/certification in dementia care. She has trained under Teepa Snow and Linn Possell and completed PAC training (Positive Approach to Care) in 2021, Dementia Friends GA in 2021 and was certified in 2023 with Veterans experiencing Dementia. Autumn is a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Medication Aide and EMT. Autumn volunteers as an EMT in Clarke county to keep her skills current. She is a native Athenian and in her free time enjoys running, theatre, and traveling.
